Our Hiring Process
Our Standard Interview Process
- First Interview – A 45-minute conversation with the TA Team to discuss your career and aspirations.
- Second Interview – A 45-minute meeting with your future manager.
- Case Study – A live case study or a presentation of your case study to your future manager and another stakeholder (N+2 or a team member) – 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Culture Fit Interview – A 30 to 45-minute discussion with different team members.
On The Tech Side
- First Interview – A 45-minute discussion with the TA Team about your career and projects.
- Technical Interview – A 1-hour session with Echo engineers.
- System Design Interview (depending on the role and seniority) – A 1-hour discussion with Senior/Staff Engineers and Managers.
- Manager Interview – A 1-hour conversation with your future manager.
- Culture Fit Interview – A 30-minute session to get to know your future peers.

Please note that English is our working language at Echo Analytics, so most of our hiring process is conducted in English.
Currently, our average Time to Hire—from your first interview to an accepted offer—is 38 days.
We understand this may feel long, but our TA Team is actively working to shorten it while ensuring you have the best candidate experience possible!
