Our People & Culture team is made of 5 wonderful Echoers.

Their main objective is to attract, retain, and develop talented individuals who align with the company's goals and culture.

On one side, the Talent Acquisition team partners with all managers to make sure that the hiring needs are fulfilled and candidate experience is respected. 

They also work on building the most authentic employer brand possible, aligned with our Culture.

On the other side, the HR team handles everything related to admin and building strong internal policies. They also take care of the entire employee journey at Echo Analytics and therefore developing our wonderful Echoers.

As a team, they promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
